Tf;dr My experience at RV One with Moe was unlike any I’ve had at the various RV Repair places around Jacksonville--which have all been horrible.I returned home from a first trip in a new travel trailer and had had trouble with the coupler for ten days straight. My car was attached to the trailer and I was afraid to remove it because I didn’t think it would ever reconnect. I called first thing on a Monday and Moe made time to help me out. With... my previous travel trailer I had tries all of the RV places in town and had nothing but bad experiences; it had been so bad, even having to call with a problem stressed me out. Moe solved my immediate problem and another one. He said I had to take three trips in the new camper before coming in with a warranty repair list (of non0-urgent ones). We purchased a travel trailer in a private sale while visiting Florida. We picked it up and started our trip home to Maine. It was swaying so much that we could not even drive the speed limit, very nerve racking and honestly scary. We googled camper service near us. RV one superstore (now Compass) came up. We texted the website, but before they could give an answer we arrived at the store in St Augustine. We knew full well that it was our... problem not theirs, but took a chance and stopped. We went in and explained what was going on. Within 10-15 minutes the sales rep Moe came out and first explained, as well as shown us how to hook up the load equalizer correctly. (The private sale person didn’t show us or didn’t know) the camper also came with a sway bar, but it was never installed. Moe fit us in to install it and had us back on the road in under 2 hours.Great customer service, polite, friendly, took the time to explain as well as show us how to hook up correctly to haul a travel trailer (we were only used to hauling 5th wheels). We truly appreciate what he did for us. Although we have no idea how much this service should cost, we feel the price was very fair as well. Thank you Moe! We had the roof resealed and the body scraped and sealed on our Jayco Greyhawk motorhome. They did a great job and it was done earlier than we expected.Moe, the service advisor, was knowledgeable and courteous. The price came in slightly under his original estimate.We will definitely use this service center for all of our future needs.

Wanted to give a huge thanks to Shawn Rockwood and the entire team at RV One St Augustine! We met Shawn at the Daytona Speedway where they had brought some units to display during the Coke 400. Well it was raining and we had tossed the idea around of buying an RV so we went over to look. Shawn greeted us and showed us a couple of Class A motor coaches and was extremely informative about all the options and differences all while being not pushy... about a sale- just giving us information. Months later we decided we were going to buy and visited him at RV One St Augustine were he showed us some 5th wheels and trailers. That day we decided 5th wheel was best for us so we left and looked at a few other dealers to see what they had. Luckily we didn't like most of what we saw and experienced a lot of hard sale salespeople. We decided the Jayco Pinnacle 38flgs was for us. After some back and forth, Shawn got us a deal that worked for us and we ordered a new 2023! During the entire process Shawn was non-pushy, professional and kept us inform during every step. I wrote a review back here about RV One in St. Augustine, Fl. I went to look it up and couldn’t find it. A couple of pictures posted but the review couldn’t be found. So less try this again. Again I want to thank Jared,Anna, Tyler and the staff for going out of there way in getting me this new 2022 Jayco SLX( STX) which they didn’t have on the lot but located one at another store and had it shipped to there store to acquire. They didn’t try... and sell me nothing less than what I came for and they made my experience of being a first RV”er something that my family and I are looking forward to doing in the future. I felt very comfortable and satisfied dealing with them and my purchase. They communicated with me during the whole process from start to finish. We purchased a Thor Delano from a dealer in Tampa. 2 years later my slide quits working and of course it's out of warranty. The place that I bought the RV from has a store in Orange Park but I didn't feel good about taking it there after my last dealings for some warranty issues. Rv1 is right down the road from me so I took it there. I met with Moe in the service department and he explained to me what we needed and gave me an estimate of the... cost. He then gave me an estimate of when the parts would be in so I went ahead and gave him the deposit and a few weeks later just like he said the parts came in. I had planned a trip to South Carolina for over the New Year's weekend. Since it is now the 21st of December I didn't think that I would get it back in time and Moe said that he couldn't guarantee it but he would do everything he could to try to make it happen. Here it is December 29th and I just picked up my RV everything fixed and working great. This is my first experience of dealing with an RV dealer that didn't have your RV for weeks. Moe is a great guy to deal with he tells you like it is and sticks to his word. One other thing the parts came in for less than what we were quoted and they actually took that amount off of my bill. I highly recommend RV1 in St Augustine. If you need service and you're in the St Augustine area be sure to go to RV1 and ask for "Moe".read more

Met with Sean. Although we are still looking at various camper options, and have not purchased one yet, our experience at RV One with Sean was excellent. I’ve been in many dealerships and been in sales most of my life, and Sean was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, totally non pushy. Overall a very good experience. If we can find the camper we want I would definitely buy it from Sean at RV One.

We were breaking down our campsite this morning when I noticed my trailer emergency brake cable had split in two. I stopped into RV One and purchased a new cable. Liz and team went above and beyond. They helped me replace the cable in the rain and got us back on the road within ten minutes. Because of their efforts, my family and I were able to safely make our 3.5 hour trip home. Great experience. Shawn was great to deal with.Wish the dash lighting worked. With the heaights off, the guagea cann not be seen. To me this is an unsafe condition thar was not caught by the service department. The dash does illuminate with the headlights tuined on but could be brighter. In my opinion this motothome should not have been allowed to leave the dealership when the speedometer could no be read.

Literally an overnight response to my RV issue. And a good thing as it was discovered that a fire was likely imminent from arching wires. Service rep (Alyce I think) was knowledgeable, professional, and quite courteous. Mechanic ran a quick but thorough diagnostics, Rapidly identifying the issue and repairing the problem. Very inexpensive. This service center May literally be the best in the southeast and will continue to get my business….and I... live in VA!read more

Robbie and his teammates are the best. We live in Jacksonville and chose to drive a few more miles to get our RV serviced here because we get responses, always and in a timely manner. We’ve had our RV during Covid when everyone was too busy to call us back until we talked to Robbie. If you go in he will be busy because he multi tasks very well but he knows his stuff very well. I’m just warning you if you want a friend who will chat with you... for a while that’s what you won’t get, Robbie diagnoses the problem or has his techs on it quick and he’s obviously more interested in getting as many rigs on the road than talking for nothing. In the end we want our rigs fixed right and that’s what they do very well! Have patience and try them, you won’t be disappointed.read more

We bought our travel trailer at a different store closer to where we live and was getting horrible service. We started driving over an hour to come to Saint Augustine To have our trailer serviced And warranty work done and Moe in the service department has been phenomenal. I have recently stepped into the RV world, with researching over the past year and my best friend and I purchasing a pull behind camper 6 months ago. We were recently considering trading in and upgrading to a different model and found one at RV One that we were interested in. We spoke with the salesperson, Lou, as well as his finance manager, Jared, and they were both wonderful to work with. My husband and I were traveling in our Leisure Travel Van from Central Florida to visit family in MD, when it appeared that the generator had gone out, also taking down the RV's house batteries. RV One Superstores, St.Augustine was the nearest repair facility. We drove in, on a very busy Friday morning, and my husband explained the problem. The Service Manager kindly came out and discovered the issue was a faulty generator switch. He... showed my husband how to make it work so we could continue on our trip and until we could get back home and have it replaced. I purchased 2 pull campers from another dealer.I Bought Extended warranties for both them. When the campers needed warranty work. They put me on the Back Burner. 3 month wait list or waiting for months too get my camper back during season. I then bought a pop up top Truck camper. I had too go to the Factory direct to buy it because FLA don't sell them. Their popular out west for off road Cattle Cowboy use with the low profile top. For Non... toppling off the grid. So I then had too buy an Extended warranty from my original Dealer on Fla, $3G.When it broke down. Said other dealership I bought my 2 Campers from wanted me too wait like 3 months to get it in. I guess because I didn't purchase the Truck camper there, because they don't deal with them and it was Even the same Brand?So now I called RV superstore service in St Augustine and I spoke too Moe in service. Very Professional and sharp. I explained my situation to him. He said bring it in In a couple of Days. It was done like In One day and covered under my Ex warranty. No putting me on the back Burner, no asking if I bought it there, no damage and nothing missing, like I'm used too these days at every dealership. I can't say enough good things about Vincent in the parts department, my 2021 precept has been a bit buggy to say the least and between my dealership not returning phone calls and Jayco putting out sub par units to say the least. It's nice to know someone still tries to do the right thing. He got my part ordered and in and I still have not heard from my dealership, so when we get back to Indiana not only am I'm out over 1k outta my pocket all... warranty work. There's still need to replace windows and entrance door most of all the refrigerator door they said they fixed b4 we left. Never should have paid cash.read more
